Ambulant endoscopy/ Functional diagnostics
The majority of endoscopic examinations and gastroenterological functional diagnostics can be conducted on an outpatient basis (Dr. Matthes). The examinations can be carried out on an outpatient basis on referral of a doctor in private practice. Please pay attention that if sedation is desired (sleeping during the examination), you will not be able to drive for 24 hours. In such cases, you should come by public transportation or with an accompanying person.

In case of urgent need for clarification, an examination appointment takes places shortly. You will always get a detailed medical report from a referring family doctor.
